Terms of Service

1. The service

POINT lets you record your padel and tennis matches, upload them, watch them back, get automatic analyses (rallies, highlights, statistics, commentary) and share them with a community of players. The service keeps evolving: we may add, change or remove features, and we will let you know when the impact is significant.

2. Account

• You must be at least 14 years old to use POINT.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for every activity carried out with your account.
• The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You can delete your account at any time from the app (Profile → Settings → Delete account): profile, matches, videos and analyses will be removed.

3. Content you upload

You keep ownership of the videos, images and text you upload. You grant POINT a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, process (including AI analysis), reproduce and display them in the app and in the cards or links you choose to share, for the sole purpose of providing the service to you. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies shared by you or by other users before removal.

You warrant that you have the right to upload the content and, in particular, that you have informed and obtained the consent of the people appearing in the videos and that you comply with the rules of the sports centre where you record.

4. Rules of conduct

You may not:

• upload unlawful, offensive or discriminatory content, or content that violates the privacy or rights of others;
• use POINT to harass other users or impersonate other people;
• attempt to access other people's systems, accounts or data, circumvent service limits or interfere with its operation;
• extract content or data from the service in an automated way.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity.

5. Plans and payments

POINT offers a Free plan and premium plans (Monthly and Annual) with unlimited uploads and AI analysis. Prices and plan contents are shown in the app and on the website and may change: changes do not affect any period already paid for. Where a purchase is made through the App Store or Google Play, the payment, renewal and refund terms of the store also apply.

6. AI analysis

Analyses (rallies, highlights, statistics, MVP, commentary) are generated automatically by vision and language models and are provided for information and entertainment. They may contain errors or inaccuracies, especially with low-quality videos or moving cameras, and do not replace the assessment of a coach.

7. Intellectual property

The app, the website, the POINT brand, the design, the software and the analysis models belong to POINT or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, decompile or create derivative works from them, except as permitted by law.

8. Availability and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it available and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, POINT is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or content, or for the use that users make of shared content. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer.

9. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. The current version is published at getpointapp.com/terms with the date of the last update; material changes will be communicated in the app or by email with reasonable notice. By continuing to use the service after they take effect you accept the new version.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law.

Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction provided by law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer forum.
